Luke Bayley
As State Manager of Schiavello’s Western Australian division, Luke Bayley drives Schiavello’s commitment to creating thoughtful design solutions and driving maximum value for our clients.
Having joined the company in 2007 as a site supervisor, Luke gained experience in the business. His role evolved into Project Management and then team leadership. He embraced the company values, demonstrated his technical knowledge, and focused on customer relationships and service. In 2019 Luke was promoted to Client Relationship Manager, where he led the sales team and enthusiastically supported the business.
Luke now leads a dedicated team of Business Development and Project and Service Personnel to deliver considered, cost-efficient, timely solutions.
