New construction and refurbishment for flexible learning through the built space
Our SA construction team has come together with architect Walter Brooke & Associates to refurbish Heritage College Adelaide in Oakden. We’ve commenced the refurbishment of several existing learning areas to improve the layout, durability, and functionality of the school.
The project includes new construction and base building upgrades to be housed in a contemporary fitout; this will increase the capacity of learning spaces required for the growth in the college’s enrolments.
Our team will construct the new Learning Area to offer specialised facilities for current and future students. This newly constructed area will also serve as the architectural connection between the existing building and the refurbished areas.
The revamp of the existing facilities will give students and teachers access to state-of-the-art amenities within an updated floor plan. The current assembly area will be upgraded to include a fully retractable operable wall; allowing teachers to separate the space into two smaller learning areas to ensure flexible learning through the built space.
