A brand new vet for your family pet
Together with Black Rabbit Architecture + Interiors, and Meinhardt Australia, our SA team has begun constructing a brand new veterinary clinic in the outer-Adelaide suburb of Evandale.
The sandstone-clad building will now become home to Payneham Veterinary Centre. Locals will relish in its prominent street-corner location, ensuring easy access is available to them and their pets.
Works include retaining the existing sandstone building, while increasing the building’s footprint into a large commercial property to service the client’s growing business.
“The client wanted a space to suit the workflows they were used to in their previous tenancy, while improving some of the spatial shortcomings of that workplace,” says SA Project Manager Ned Ritan.
With a design focus on the separation of workspaces, the new modern-day vet will incorporate a puppy school area, consulting rooms, operating theatre, recovery rooms, as well as designated waiting rooms for dogs and cats.
We have no doubt that once complete, furry friends of all shapes and sizes will love the new facilities at Payneham Veterinary Centre.
