Powering on with a Green Star medical precinct project
In partnership with NorthWest Healthcare Properties Australia and Vital Healthcare Property Trust (VHP), managed by NorthWest Healthcare Properties Australia, we are thrilled to have been appointed to deliver Stage 2 at the $51m Playford Health Hub. This state-of-the-art Specialist Medical Centre joins our growing healthcare project portfolio in South Australia.
Design and Construction of the three story high-tech, smart health hub will be powered by 100% renewable energy and will become South Australia’s first 6-Star Green Star registered Medical Office Building.
We look forward to delivering this interconnected health precinct that will accommodate various leading medical tenants, including Calvary Health Care, GenesisCare, Clinpath Pathology, RadiologySA, GP consulting suites and supporting retail tenancies.
