A warm and inviting place to call work

The workplace which has Mim Design shortlisted for the 2015 Australian Interior Design Awards (Workplace Design Category) exudes boutique chic. In line with the brief, the design responds to the inner city location on Exhibition Street and embraces the Pask core vision. Like the residential communities Pask has been developing for over 40 years, their new office space too, is a ‘warm and inviting place to call home’.

Schiavello Construction VIC carried out interior construction of the inspired space. Drawing from the modernist styles of the 1960's, the design plays homage to an urban sophistication, clean geometry and interesting juxtapositions. The construction of boardrooms, waiting areas, enclosed offices, open plan spaces and custom joinery all display this relaxed glamour. And, make use of quality materials that evoke classic, understated luxury such as; Elba marble stone, engineered timber, supple leathers, timber ceilings, glazing inserts, plush upholstery and polished concrete-like floors, punctuated with inset brass accents.

Good design and quality construction

A well planned, cooperative and coordinated program, the project also saw our VIC construction team complete mechanical services, hydraulics, lighting and essential services.  With opportunities to leverage internal resources, electrical works were carried out in-house by Schiavello subsidiary Eledat and Heritage Glass was engaged for glazing.

“The result reflects our corporate values of good design and quality construction”, says Dean Pask, Pask - Group Managing Director. Glamour meets comfort in this refined office space, with quality workmanship central to its execution.
