Chinese developer chooses Schiavello Construction

Leading Chinese property developer R&F Properties has expanded into Australian territory in style.

Commitment and professionalism

Reflecting R&F’s business ethos of commitment and professionalism, ROTHELOWMAN designed a minimalist and contemporary space that features straight-lined detailing. Shortlisted for a 2015 Interior Design Excellence Award, the space makes the most of natural light and draws on a warm palette of textures, tones and materials.

Schiavello Construction carried out interior construction of the 1000sqm space with a mixture of open plan and enclosed offices that have potential for further expansion. Reception features white and neutral veneer custom joinery and various woods to add warmth throughout. Wood and metal shutter-style partitions segment meeting areas with custom book shelving, and a wood-pegged world map feature wall speaks to the company’s international focus. A wood paneled ceiling feature adds to the refined boardroom with its inbuilt audiovisual technology.

Solutions for multi-purpose use

Schiavello International was also engaged for high quality furniture solutions that united the sophisticated and flexible design. Height-adjustable Centric workstations and Krossi workstations were chosen for their minimalist aesthetic, while tambour storage units with planter boxes added freshness to open plan spaces. Marina fold tables also provided a multi-purposeful table solution for various areas.
