Sinclair Knight Merz (SKM) is one of the world’s leading engineering projects firms, so its own office environments are considered a practical example of everything the firm stands for. These spaces were to strongly reflect SKM’s values.

Schiavello Construction VIC worked directly with SKM, the Project Manager, and Incorp Architects to deliver a built space that was open yet intimate. The workplace has been built to bring people together to create and collaborate in a more organic, engaging, almost domestic aesthetic.

Our VIC construction team succeeded in delivering the five floor, 10,400sqm fitout within 18 weeks. This included a three floor inter-tenancy stairway and a large open terrace development on the 16th floor. Finally, the project was designed and constructed to achieve a 5 star Green Star® interiors rating.
