At 81 Waymouth Street, DEWNR's vision of 'One DEWNR, One Team' came to life after Schiavello Construction collaborated with the Government department under its Early Engagement Model (ECE).

Our ECE model enabled careful control over the design, change and other project specific consultants ensuring delivery of quality within project time constraints.

Demonstrating industry leading abilities

Schiavello Construction’s ability to execute early engagement consultation, planning and due diligence brought about efficiencies in the construction phase allowed for an unprecedented compression of the programme without compromising on quality or safety.

As a result, Schiavello Construction were able to integrate the Base Building upgrade with the Design and Construct fitout works, optimising the programme and ensuring the asset owner’s and end user’s briefs were met simultaneously with cost efficiencies wherever possible.

DEWNR’s 81 Waymouth Street presented itself as an ideal opportunity for Schiavello Construction to demonstrate industry and sector leading abilities in Design and Construct delivery fast tracked with the integration and efficiency of managing multiple consultants, stakeholders and expectations in general.
