Schiavello Construction's role as turnkey Construction Manager allowed us to be involved in all aspects of The Atlantic Restaurant's building programme. Our Victorian construction team was engaged from the initial project brief, to cost planning and sketch plan concept, through to delivery.
The early engagement allowed us to apply our knowledge and expertise at each stage of the process. The Atlantic Restaurant took advantage of Schiavello Construction's value engineering options and buildability solutions to accommodate the structural, façade, and infrastructure upgrades.

The 1,500sqm venue received meticulous attention to detail - as is expected of a venue at Crown Casino. The accelerated construction timeline provided the perfect platform to showcase the skills and resources at Schiavello Construction's disposal.
The Atlantic Restaurant drew maximum value from our integrated service offerings. Utilising in-house services including Prima Architectural Joinery and Schiavello Systems furniture granted us additional control over the overall project. Control over the major finishing trades including painting, partitions, feature fixture installation, and the joinery provided the resources in a timely manner; ensuring the project met the accelerated programme.
The Atlantic Restaurant was delivered on time and to the high quality demanded of a venue of this nature.
