Early engagement allows Schiavello to appoint the best suited designer
Located within Stamford Plaza at Sydney Airport, La Boca Bar and Grill is bursting with mouth-watering Argentinean flavours. Rustic meets vibrant South American style in this 600sqm restaurant which also acts as the hotel's buffet breakfast space.
Under our Early Contractor Engagement (ECE) model, also known as Early Contractor Involvement (ECI), Schiavello Construction NSW appointed Siren Design to craft the Argentinian-inspired interior.
Polished concrete floors and colourful graffiti art meets recycled materials including railway sleepers, rusted metals, and timbers. These materials were repurposed and applied to create bespoke cabinetry, dining seating, and display cases.
Custom solutions result in a uniquely energising space
An open commercial kitchen featuring a traditional Asador grill was installed. Being a rare find in Australia, our NSW team oversaw a custom solution within a short time frame and re-engineered the large range hood for better ventilation.
Custom stainless steel plates allow the kitchen to be repurposed for the breakfast buffet, while a raised platform was constructed for a customer interaction zone.
Schiavello Construction's extensive experience in both hotel and hospitality environments ensured works were carried out with minimal disruption to guests, while necessary applications new exhausts were seamlessly coordinated.
