The increasing level of international competition for top-end gaming environments, together with Crown Casino’s commitment to industry leadership has resulted in a luxury refurbishment of Crown Casino’s level 39 VIP facilities.
Constructed by our VIC construction arm, the new private gaming salon reaffirms the client’s brand position as the world’s most prestigious gaming destination.

Four exclusive gaming salons
Based on our team’s proven ability to deliver premium projects, we were appointed as a fixed price main contractor. The project saw a single floor villa converted into four exclusive gaming salons with adjacent private dining area and lounge settings. The built space also features dedicated powder rooms and massage sanctuaries.
The construction programme was finalised with several constraints in mind including working within an existing structure, budget, and the continuing operation of the Crown Towers’ six-star hotel.

In close collaboration with architect Bates Smart and various suppliers, our team ensured all materials and products worked perfectly within the space.
