Construction management for an early delivery
Our VIC construction team was the appointed construction manager for the Crown Towers’ six-star hotel upgrade. The appointment came following a lengthy assessment of tender methodology and buildability meetings with Crown management.
The project encompassed 449 luxury rooms over 23 floors within an 18-month time frame. Our team exceeded the construction programme; completing and handing over the project 69 days ahead of schedule.
Involved from design to construction
Our team was involved in the design development of the project for approximately eight months prior to the commencement of works in April 2008. The refurbishment included guest rooms as well as all corridors and lift lobbies on each floor.
The new rooms and suites at Crown Towers hotel feature superior craftsmanship as expected of the brand. New décor was carefully designed to coexist with the existing elements. A host of contrasting textures and the refreshing and inviting colour palette varies from room to room, adding a sense of excitement to the hotel.
All rooms and suites were individually designed to create a residential experience for frequent guests and clients who have an appreciation for tailored luxury.
