Oceanic feeling in the heart of the city
Hyatt Regency Brisbane is the company’s first property in the Queensland capital. Located in the heart of the city’s central business district, the redesigned space blends pastel-coloured decor with aquatic blue tones, creating an oceanic feeling.
The refurbishment involved the upgrading of the ground-level entries, function and meeting rooms, standard guest rooms, and the construction of new premium-level suites.Coordinating construction in a busy section of the city, whilst the hotel is operating 24/7, required detailed planning and constant communication to ensure everyone from delivery drivers to contractors did not impact the guests' experience at the hotel.
