King’s Baptist Grammar School encourages excellence in sporting, music, and performing arts arenas for its students.  The completion of the middle school construction in Wynn Vale marks an exciting milestone for the institution. This new facility will undoubtedly provide students with enhanced learning opportunities and a conducive environment to excel in their chosen fields.

Modern facilities

The construction of the three-story teaching premises, delivered by our Adelaide-based project team, has created modern facilities and resources for students to explore their interests and passions, whether it be in sports, musical pursuits, or the performing arts.

Seeing this project through in two stages involved close collaboration with Marchese Partners, FMG Engineering and Meinhardt, to understand the school’s requirements and structure the design and programme to enable early handover of stage 1. Leading to the school starting operations while construction continued for stage 2 of the project.

Fostering a strong sense of community

The $24 million development of two King’s Baptist Grammar School campuses located in the Adelaide Hills and Wynn Vale, South Australia, takes pride of place in the education landscape of the region.

Our construction team worked tirelessly and meticulously to bring to fruition 16 classrooms, eight outdoor learning areas, four student breakout spaces, a ‘maker space’ including cooking classrooms, and staff and office facilities.

The significant investment better equips King's Baptist Grammar School to nurture the potential of its students, promote academic excellence, and foster a strong sense of community within the school.
