Overview
Largest suburban mixed-use development
Emerging from its multi-million dollar revitalisation, The Sebel elevates Sydney's hospitality scene with a bespoke and upscale experience. All 88 guest rooms across ten floors have been reimagined along with corridors, public areas, the lobby, reception, facade works and a mechanical plant upgrade.
Staged within a live hotel environment, establishing and maintaining open communication with all stakeholders was critical for success. With hotel and construction teams co-existing, daily meetings with hotel operators were essential - including guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance. Our focus was on the continuity of essential day-to-day operations, from guest check-in to room service, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
