Korban/Flaubert

Founded in 1993, Korban/Flaubert is a Sydney-based studio that works across sculptural furniture, objects and decorative screens. Over years Janos Korban has developed significant expertise in metal manipulation and Stefanie Flaubert’s model making studio is central to the conception and development of their designs. The duo explores ideas about energy and movement, and examines the tension between instability and equilibrium.
