Architecturally designed to reflect a high level of modern luxury, the development features state-of-the-art living atop street level retail and dining within the colourful Brunswick Street precinct.

Boasting a striking exterior with geometric elements evocative of world class modern architecture, the Artist is equally impressive on the inside with features including cafe, gymnasium, swimming pool, organic vegetable garden, secure undercover parking, and poolside artist studios.

Completed in 2011, the Artist attracted much positive interest, both for its design imperatives and adoption of Green Building Design principles for the achievement of a 5 star energy rating. The project sold out before construction commenced.

A joint Schiavello and PDG development, the Artist was completed by a team of specialists with a strong reputation and passion for creating quality and inspiring living environments.
